Here’s what it takes to earn this distinction:
Ensure enough participation in the assessment to satisfy a 95% confidence level in the responses. This means the data collected is robust and statistically reliable.
Achieve a culture score of 70 or higher. This reflects a culture where employees feel valued, engaged, and aligned with organizational goals, and surpass all benchmarks.
Achieve a Cultural Entropy score of 19% or below and ensure zero potentially limiting values in the top ten most selected values of the assessed current culture.
